[X3D educators] CGEMS submission for X3D

As you may know, the Computer Graphics Educational Materials Source (CGEMS)
is a EuroGraphics/SIGGRAPH archive designed for educators and intended to
provide a source of refereed high-quality content.  It is available at

	http://cgems.inesc.pt

Attached for your information is a submission to CGEMS for considering
the _X3D for Web Authors_ book, plus the X3D-Edit authoring tool, course
slidesets and the X3D examples archives, as a CGEMS course module resource.

Further improvements and educational collaboration are important priorities
for this work.  Comments welcome, thanks for considering the possibilities.
